After purchase, you’ll complete the House Book Intake Form with the information you want included. You do not need to write everything perfectly — bullet points, short notes, copied instructions, listing details, or existing guest messages are welcome. We will organize your information into a polished, guest-ready format.
If a section does not apply to your property, write N/A.
If a field is left blank, the placeholder/sample text shown may be used.
Proof Approval Before Production: After your order is placed and your intake form is received, a digital proof will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please review spelling, coordinates, layout, and house details carefully.
Production will not begin until the proof is approved. Once approved, the item will move into production and changes may no longer be possible.

Don’t overthink it.
The intake form is designed to collect the information we need to build the book — not to make you write the finished copy yourself.
Short notes and bullet points are completely fine.
If a section doesn’t apply to your property, simply enter N/A.
For the best finished House Book, include the details a guest would otherwise have to message you to ask about.
That may include things like:
Where to park
How to connect to WiFi
What time to check out
How the television works
Where extra linens are stored
What goes in which trash bin
How to use outdoor amenities
What guests should know about the beach
Your favorite nearby places
We’ll take it from there.
-
Every House Book also includes a digital copy of the completed guide.
Use it to:
Send helpful information before arrival
Add it to scheduled guest messages
Keep a quick reference on your phone
Share it with cleaners, co-hosts or property managers
Give guests access to the guide even when they’re away from the house
The printed book handles the stay inside the property.
The digital version lets the same information travel with the guest.
