A little welcome for the littlest guests.
Adults notice the view, the kitchen and the bottle waiting on the counter.
Kids notice what was left for them.
The Little Guest Set brings together three easy details designed specifically for younger guests — something soft to meet them when they arrive, something they can sit down and build, and something creative to keep little hands busy throughout the stay.
The personalized House Buddy gives them an immediate connection to the house.
The 30-piece puzzle creates an approachable screen-free activity they can actually finish.
And the Outer Banks Guest Activity Books are ready for coloring, drawing, rainy afternoons, dinner prep and the slower moments between beach adventures.
Place the Buddy on a bunk bed. Keep the puzzle nearby. Set out one fresh activity book for each child who arrives.
No playroom required.
No complicated amenity to maintain.
Just a few small details that make younger guests feel like someone thought about them, too.
The live set includes all three pieces, with personalization applied to the House Buddy while the puzzle and activity books remain ready-made.

The Outer Banks Guest Activity Book adds a simple, thoughtful detail to family-friendly beach houses, vacation rentals, and coastal guest spaces. Designed for slow mornings, rainy afternoons, dinner prep, road trips, and in-between beach house moments, it gives younger guests something screen-free, place-inspired, and easy to enjoy during the stay.
Inside, kids will find Outer Banks-themed coloring pages and activities, including coastal scenes, beach scavenger hunts, weather tracking, seashell counting, mazes, dot-to-dots, postcard pages, and simple prompts that help them connect with the place they are visiting.
Leave one on a coffee table, tuck it into a welcome basket, or set it out for each child before arrival. It feels more personal than a generic coloring book and more polished than a last-minute rainy-day activity.
The cover includes a “This book belongs to” line, making it feel like a small keepsake from the trip. Guests can take it home as a memory from their Outer Banks stay, while hosts can keep a pack on hand for upcoming family bookings.
Mix n Match

A little something for the hours between beach days.
Most vacation rentals say they’re family-friendly.
A puzzle waiting on the game shelf, in the bunk room or inside a kids’ welcome basket helps families actually feel it.
The Kids Outer Banks Puzzle is a simple 30-piece activity made for younger guests — approachable enough to finish during the stay, but engaging enough to pull them away from a screen for a while.
Choose from five Outer Banks-inspired designs and give kids something to do during slow mornings, rainy afternoons, quiet evenings or those inevitable stretches between beach adventures.
It’s a small addition to the house.
But for a parent looking for something to keep little hands busy, it can be a very welcome one.
Every guest space needs something easy to reach for when the day slows down.
The House Deck adds a simple, useful layer to beach houses, lake houses, cabins, guest cottages, vacation rentals, and homes with a strong sense of place. Personalized with your house coordinates or property name, it feels specific to the stay while staying clean, practical, and easy to leave out.
Keep it on the coffee table, game shelf, bar cart, rainy-day cabinet, or welcome basket so guests have something ready for slow mornings, family nights, quiet evenings, or weathered-in afternoons. The custom back design gives the deck a polished, house-specific feel without looking overly decorative or themed.
A custom playing card deck gives guests something familiar to use while making the space feel more thoughtful, more finished, and more connected to the place they came to enjoy.
Each deck includes 52 playing cards and 2 joker cards, printed on high-grade 300gsm glossy paper with a UV-resistant coating to help resist cracking and folding. The back of every card features your custom design in crisp detail.
Add your house coordinates, property name, or location for a guest-ready deck made for the places people gather, stay, and return to.
A puzzle is one of those small guest details that actually gets used.
The Outer Banks Puzzle adds an easy, screen-free activity to beach houses, guest homes, vacation rentals, and coastal spaces made for gathering. With an approachable 252-piece size, it is simple enough for families, couples, and casual puzzlers to finish during a rainy afternoon, slow morning, or relaxed night at the house.
Choose from a collection of Outer Banks-inspired images, from piers and sunsets to lighthouses, dunes, marsh views, and wild horses. Each design feels specific to the coast without being overly themed, making it easy to leave out on a coffee table, game shelf, welcome basket, or guest cabinet.
It gives guests something simple to do together while helping the stay feel more thoughtful, personal, and ready for real downtime.
For homes that welcome families, couples, and weekend guests, this puzzle adds a useful, memorable layer to the stay — something guests can reach for, enjoy, and associate with their time at the coast.
For golf-friendly stays, guest gifts, and course-day details.
Most golf-friendly rentals mention the course. The House Round makes the detail feel built into the guest experience.
These custom golf balls add a polished, place-specific touch to vacation rentals, golf homes, club-adjacent stays, beach houses, lake houses, cabins, and guest welcome setups. Personalized with a house name, property coordinates, golf phrase, or custom mark, they feel specific to the stay while staying clean, useful, and easy to gift.
Choose from clean golf-inspired designs, including house name, coordinate, and custom options. The House Round design is produced as shown. For the Custom design, we’ll email you after purchase to collect the details needed for your proof.
Leave them in a welcome basket, style them near a bar cart, add them to a golf weekend setup, or keep them stocked for guests heading to the course. They work especially well for golf trips, bachelor weekends, family tournaments, corporate retreats, clubhouse-adjacent homes, and rentals near local courses.
Each pack includes six regulation-size golf balls in one selected design.
The ping pong table gets used. The details around it are what make it feel guest-ready.
A ping pong table already gives guests something to do. Custom ping pong balls make it feel like it belongs to the house.
The House Pong Ball Set adds a simple, guest-ready detail to vacation rentals, beach houses, lake houses, cabins, guest cottages, and homes made for group stays. Choose from clean game-room-inspired designs, including house name, coordinate, and custom options. Stay Salty and House No. 7 are produced as shown.
It is a small upgrade to an amenity guests already use — easy to stock, easy to replace, and noticeable enough to make the game area feel more prepared. You do not need a new game room. You need the one guests already use to feel more finished.
Sold as a set of 6, all ping pong balls include the same selected design. Personalized designs will include the same personalization on each ball.
Some of the best guest details are the ones no one expects.
The House Buddy is a custom plush created specifically for vacation rentals, beach houses, lake houses, cabins and family-friendly stays.
Each Buddy wears a personalized tee featuring your property name or coordinates, turning an ordinary stuffed animal into something that belongs specifically to your house.
Place one on a bunk bed before arrival. Tuck one into a kids’ welcome basket. Let it become the unofficial mascot of the playroom. Or use it as a special take-home gift for birthdays, first vacations and celebration stays.
For children, it’s something soft and familiar in a place they’ve never been before.
For parents, it’s one more signal that the home wasn’t simply made to allow families — it was prepared with them in mind.
And for the property, it creates something surprisingly valuable: a little character guests associate with the stay itself.
For beach days, pool days, bath time — and the little guests who somehow never stop moving.
Most vacation rentals have towels.
This one tells families you thought about the kids, too.
The Kids Hooded Towel adds a playful, useful detail to beach houses, lake houses, vacation rentals, guest cottages, and family stays. Made for after the beach, pool, bath, or outdoor shower, it gives little guests something cozy to wrap up in while giving parents one more thing already handled.
Choose from Turtle, Dolphin or Pirate and keep one with the kids’ bath linens, pool gear or beach setup.
It’s practical for the house.
It’s fun for the kid.
And it’s one less thing a parent has to remember to pack.
Made with a soft polyester outer layer and terry cotton loop lining, this towel is designed for comfort after swimming, rinsing off, or winding down from a day outside.
